Order

How can I place an order?

Ordering through Foryou Toys is simple: after adding desired items into the shopping cart click »SHOP NOW«. To complete an order you need to create a customer account. As a new customer, you can do that in the process of completing the order. If you already have an account, simply log in with your account details.

Can I place my order via a phone call?

Unfortunately, ordering via a phone call is currently unavailable.

What is the minimum price limit for an order?

The minimal price limit for an order on Foryou Toys is 50€.

What is the maximum price limit of an order?

There is no maximum price limit on orders on Foryou Toys. The maximum value of an order depends on the provider of the payment.

Can I withdraw my order, if it wasn't shipped yet?

It is not possible to withdraw an order on Foryou Toys.

What happens after an order is placed?

After you've completed the order you will receive a confirming email with the product information, the billing and shipping address, and the payment method. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate and contact our customer service via [email protected]

Can I place an order via phone?

Certainly, you can order from our website using your smartphone, tablet or any other device with an internet browser. Simply visit our Foryou Toys e-shop, it is adjusted for all kinds of devices.

What payment methods are available?

You can choose to pay with your credit/debit card or PayPal.

When and how do I receive my invoice?

You will receive the invoice right after your package has been shipped.

When will the money be taken out from my account?

During the process of paying are the purchased items reserved. Only after the items have been shipped will the money leave your account.

Where can I find my card's security code (CVC)?

The CVC code is a three-digit number found on the backside of your credit/debit card.

Coupons

How can I apply my coupon?

If you have a coupon you can activate it during filling out the payment and billing details. Simply type it in »Click here to enter your code. The total amount of your order will then automatically change and the value of the coupon will be deducted from the total price.

Can I apply my coupon additionally to an existing order?

It is not possible to apply a coupon additionally. If you forgot to apply your coupon during your shopping, you can simply do so during your next purchase.

Can I receive cash from my coupon?

Coupons cannot be paid in cash.

Delivery and shipping

What is the shipping fee?

Our shipping fee is 10€ within Europe. Outside Europe, it's 20€.

How long will it take to deliver the items?

Our average delivery time is 3-5 days but it may vary from country to country. For more information please click here.

Who will deliver my package?

Our system is choosing automatically from our many shipping carriers. Always choose the safest and fastest shipping method.

Do the billing address and the shipping address have to be the same?

Your billing address and shipping address can be distinct. Simply choose PayPal or credit/debit card as your payment method and then type in your shipping address of choice.

My package hasn't been delivered, what now?

If your package wasn't delivered, contact us via email. We will resolve the problem for you.

How can I track my package?

Unfortunately, we do not provide a tracking code. If you'd like to check the location of your package, please contact us.

What can I do if I received a damaged item?

If your package is damaged, you can return it free of charge. But, you have to include the reason for the return. Immediately after we collected and reviewed the package, we will send you a refund on the account you used to pay for the item with.

Will I receive a confirmation about my returning package?

Yes, after obtaining your returning package we will send you a confirmation email.

How will I receive my money back?

The money for your returning package will be sent back to the account you used to pay for the package. If you chose your credit/debit card as your payment method, the money will be sent on that card. If you used you PayPal account, the money will be sent back to your PayPal account.

How long does it take for the money to get back to my account?

The amount will be back at your account 14 days after we receive and review the returned package. The money will be sent back to the account you chose to pay it with.
